Call for Clinicians
We are seeking experienced clinicians and medical educators to join our clinical case authoring and editorial review team. As a contributor to our virtual simulation content library, you will:
- Peer review virtual simulations and author your own clinical cases.
- Share your clinical expertise with learners from around the world using the #1 medical simulation app.
- Have a creative educational outlet to add to your clinical practice and review key presentations in your specialty to hone your own expertise.
- Gain publication credit for content shared with a global audience.

Peer Reviewing
Each Full Code virtual simulation case is reviewed by two board-certified physicians for accuracy and simulation fidelity.
Peer Reviewers
Start by joining our editorial team! We are seeking experienced clinicians with expertise in a broad range of clinical topics to peer review our virtual simulations. Peer reviewers enjoy a flexible role providing feedback on Full Code virtual stimulations to ensure the best possible quality and accuracy.
Responsibilities & Benefits:
- Review case content and scoring criteria by playing through Full Code simulations.
- Provide comments and suggestions to improve case accuracy and learner experience.
- Earn peer reviewer credit and hourly compensation for cases completed.
- Complete reviews in approximately 1 to 2 hours, from the comfort of your home or office.

Case Authoring
All Full Code cases are designed using Full Code Creator by experienced clinicians and medical educators. The primary author must be a board-certified MD or DO.
Case Authors
Clinicians with experience performing high-quality peer reviews of our virtual simulations may be invited to become case authors. Author your own original virtual simulation based on your area of expertise. Reach learners across the world and gain publication credit and experience as a medical educator.
Responsibilities & Benefits:
- Create original virtual simulation content for our global medical education platform.
- Write detailed case history and debrief and design scoring rubric for each virtual simulation case.
- Receive dedicated training on our “Creator” tool to author and program cases yourself.
- Spend approximately 4 to 6 hours creating each case, after you have completed Creator training.
- Receive hourly compensation and authorship credit (author of peer reviewed content in non-print and other media) for cases completed, reviewed and published.
- Complete highly flexible assignments from the comfort of your home or office.
Select peer reviewers will be invited to receive Case Author training by our clinical team.
